Where is Running Mare?
Running Mare is about 30 minutes west of Richmond, Virginia. Contact Robin to arrange a visit and receive directions to the property.
Can we visit before choosing a date?
Yes. Call Robin at (804) 833-3332 or email recaspari@gmail.com to arrange a visit and discuss availability.
Are there places to get ready?
The Artist Loft / Bridal Suite has an open timber-frame layout, large windows and a deck overlooking the lake. A separate Groomsmen’s Cottage across the farm offers a kitchen, shower and deck. Ask about access for your package.
What should we ask about on our tour?
Bring your date, estimated guest count and ideas for the day. It’s a good time to discuss capacity, weather plans, catering, vendors, accessibility and any specific needs with the owners.
Do you host events beyond weddings?
Yes. Running Mare also welcomes birthdays, luncheons, personal celebrations and corporate events. Contact the team to discuss your plans.
